Hi, I’m Mandi, and I’m proud to be part of Specialised Support Coordination Co.

As a Support Coordinator, I am passionate about supporting participants and their families to navigate the NDIS with confidence and clarity. I understand that every person’s journey is unique, and I take a person-centred approach to ensure supports are tailored to individual goals, needs, and circumstances.

I am a Support Coordinator who goes above and beyond to ensure all needs are met, providing consistent, reliable, and proactive support every step of the way. I pride myself on quick response times, strong collaboration with stakeholder teams, and finding the right fit for you, whether that be support workers or allied health supports. I truly believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

I bring experience in Disability Employment Services and in recruiting support workers to ensure the best possible match for participants. Having lived on the Gold Coast my whole life, I have developed a strong local network, allowing me to connect participants with high-quality, trusted supports.

While I am based on the Gold Coast, I also have extensive experience supporting participants remotely across a range of locations. I am confident in delivering responsive, consistent, and effective support via phone, email, and video, ensuring participants feel connected and well-supported regardless of distance. My strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skills enable me to maintain a high standard of coordination in both local and remote settings.

I have experience supporting a wide range of disabilities and presentations, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Neurological conditions, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Motor Neurone Disease (MND), and participants with Complex Behavioural support needs and restrictive practices.

I support participants to:

  • Understand their NDIS plans, funding, and timeframes
  • Navigate systems with confidence
  • Problem-solve challenges as they arise
  • Build independence and capacity
  • Connect with the right supports and services

I pride myself on being approachable, reliable, and genuinely invested in the people I support. My goal is to ensure participants feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their journey, knowing they have someone in their corner.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to delivering supportive, practical, and outcomes-focused coordination that empowers individuals to live meaningful and supported lives.

I look forward to supporting you on your NDIS journey.

Hi, I’m Kristel, Director and Specialist Support Coordinator at Specialised Support Coordination Co. I am passionate about helping people navigate the NDIS with confidence, clarity, and the right support around them.

With over six years of experience in NDIS support coordination, I have worked alongside participants with a wide range of needs, including those with complex and high-level support requirements. My experience extends across collaboration with justice liaison officers, health liaison officers, complex hospital care teams, specialist planners, and a variety of stakeholders to ensure coordinated, responsive, and effective support outcomes for each participant.

I work closely with participants, families, and providers to ensure each person gets the most out of their plan. I understand that every individual’s journey is different, and I pride myself on taking the time to genuinely listen, build trust, and develop a clear understanding of each person’s goals, preferences, and circumstances. This allows me to tailor supports that are not only appropriate but sustainable and meaningful.

My approach is person-centred, practical, and outcomes focused. I am committed to supporting participants to navigate even the most complex systems with confidence, while ensuring they feel supported, informed, and in control throughout the process.

I support participants to:

  • Understand their NDIS plans and funding
  • Build strong, reliable, and person-centred support teams
  • Navigate complex systems, including health, justice, and hospital interfaces
  • Increase independence, capacity, and confidence
  • Connect with high-quality providers, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) options

I have extensive experience working with participants who have complex needs, including those requiring multi-disciplinary coordination and high-level stakeholder engagement. I am confident in managing challenging situations, advocating for participants, and ensuring all supports are aligned to achieve the best possible outcomes.

I am particularly passionate about building strong networks with trusted providers and am always looking to connect with high-quality providers who align with participant needs, goals, and values. I believe that the right supports can make a significant difference in a person’s quality of life, and I am committed to ensuring participants are connected with services that truly meet their needs.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine commitment to empowering people to live the life they choose. I believe support coordination should feel supportive, not overwhelming and I’m here to make that process as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible.

I look forward to walking alongside you as you build the life you choose.

Hi, I'm Mia Holton, Support Coordinator at Specialised Support Coordination Co. I am passionate about supporting people to navigate life's challenges with confidence, dignity, and the right supports to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.

With extensive experience across Housing and Homelessness Services, Youth Justice, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Disability Support, and Employment Services, I have worked alongside individuals experiencing complex and often intersecting challenges, including disability, mental health, homelessness, social disadvantage, and involvement with the justice system. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Social Work, combining contemporary evidence-based practice with extensive hands-on experience supporting people with complex needs.

My approach is compassionate, person-centred, and trauma informed. I believe every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered to make decisions about their own life. I take the time to build genuine relationships with participants, understand their unique goals and circumstances, and work collaboratively to develop practical, sustainable supports that promote independence and wellbeing.

I am experienced in working alongside participants, families, allied health professionals, community organisations, and government services to ensure supports are coordinated, responsive, and focused on achieving positive outcomes. Whether assisting someone to access appropriate services, navigate complex systems, or build the skills and confidence to reach their goals, I am committed to providing a high standard of professional and compassionate support.

I support participants to:

  • Understand and maximise their NDIS plans and funding
  • Navigate complex systems, including housing, health, justice, and community services
  • Build strong, reliable, and person-centred support networks
  • Increase independence, confidence, and capacity
  • Connect with high-quality providers and community supports that align with their individual goals

My qualifications include Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Mental Health First Aid, Child Safety, and Disability Practice, providing me with the skills to effectively support individuals experiencing crisis, manage risk, advocate for participants, and implement strengths-based support strategies.

I have extensive experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary and allied health teams to develop holistic support plans that recognise each person's strengths while addressing barriers to achieving their goals. I am passionate about advocating for participants, building strong professional networks, and ensuring every person receives the support they need to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine commitment to empowering individuals, families, and communities. I believe that the right support, delivered with compassion, respect, and professionalism, can create lasting positive change, and I look forward to walking alongside participants as they build the life they choose.
